Upon his retirement in 2002, Bill Wickman had completed a thirty two year career with the US Forest Service. He worked twenty seven years on the Plumas National Forest and then worked in the USFS Region 5 Regional Office for his last four years.
Vice President
I believe the vitality of a community is having an excellent hospital, a strong school system, and one that has job opportunities that allow workers to support their families.
Secretary/Treasurer
I am originally from the Bay Area, then attended Chico State where I graduated in 1970. I met my husband, Bill, at Chico and we married and moved to Quincy in 1972.

Kim loves traveling, camping, collecting bugs, and trying to play guitar. She supports Plumas Health Care Foundation, “to support Plumas District Hospital and its continued success.”

Jennifer McQuarrie was born and raised in Quincy but loves to travel and lived out of Plumas County for many years.

Richard “Rick” Foster was born and raised in Quincy, California. He received his Doctor of Pharmacy Degree from the University of the Pacific in Stockton, California.
